Simplify Your Life!
Let Bucklin give you an expert analysis and opinion.

Key Benefits -- why you can relax and simplify your life.

  • Benefit 1:  Time.  We get the opinion done on your time schedule.  One of the first things we ask upon retention, is for the time schedule you want followed.  If we cannot do that, we tell you up front and refuse the case.   And you gain time to do the work that is on your desk.
  • Extra Benefit: An expert can suggest research or opinion lines you may have missed.  Ask the expert what he/she suggests the expert can do for you.   Importantly, ask the expert what discovery that you can do which will aid the expert in considering the situation and coming to a conclusion. A good expert with be able to tell you what would be helpful to his/her work and thus to a better opinion. We have years of experience that allows us to notice the "holes" in what you have for us or are asking us to do, and to make suggestions to you for filling those holes.
  • Benefit 2: Research. Our opinions are backed by solid research, by someone who knows where to look.
  • Benefit 3: Admissibility. We know the legal rules for admissions of opinions in today's world of Daubert motions to exclude expert opinions.  We strive to present the opinions in language that makes the opinions pass the tests of the judge serving as gatekeeper to the admissibility of opinions.
