Leonard Bucklin has written a number of seminar and law review articles, plus legal texts.  

Buckin's articles appear in various electronic magazines (eZines), such as an article on the consequences to the expert and attorneys in both the retained case, and also in subsequent cases, when an expert fails the Daubert tests. The Expert Failed the Daubert Test – The Consequences, Gatekeeper Quarterly, March, 2003.

Bucklin is the editor of Neoethics, the ethics section of EDICTA,  published as an Internet Zine by the Tort Trial & Insurance Practice Section of the American Bar Association.  Various articles of his appear there from time to time.
