Legal malpractice expert witnesses in states outside Bucklin's geographic area of service.
Bucklin's geographic area
of service is self-limited to Texas
plus states in only four federal circuits that are in the middle third of
the country. Because of time limitations, we
generally decline work in East and West Coast states.
Attorneys than ask us: Who does do legal
malpractice expert witness work in the East Coast or West Coast states and also
has real-world
practical experience in the practice of law? We note, as a public service
for attorneys, that the following experts
have told us they are available for East or West Coast states. None of them have
contacted us to ask to be included on this page. We make no representation or recommendation about them.
If you are at this
www.Bucklin.org website you are probably
most interested in persons with years of experience in the practice of law,
who work outside college walls, but who have made a study of professional ethics.
The following are
not law
school professors, and they are willing to testify as expert witnesses.

witness work.

The above list of other legal ethics experts may not find you an expert
witness for your matter, but perhaps if you contact them, they may be able to
assist you in finding other experts who are in your state of interest and
appropriate for your matter.
