This page is in a research subweb of Bucklin.Org. This area is devoted to research links and help items.  It is a sub web that has lawyer research helps and links for research in professional legal ethics, attorney malpractice or negligence (legal), reasonable attorney fees, legal ethics, and corporate governance. (By corporate governance is meant compliance with law plus business ethics. )

These pages are not designed for public viewing. These pages are designed solely as "parking places" for notes used by Bucklin Of Counsel in the work of Bucklin Of Counsel. No particular order is used on the information on any one page.  But we do leave them available as a means of disseminating information.
