Exhibit Stipulation at Depositions

The following is a handy stipulation to have on hand when exhibits are many or large in size or the attorney for other reasons wants to keep the originals for use.  Use such portions of the stipulation as are needed by making the oral stipulation a part of the transcript of the deposition.

It is stipulated that the originals of any deposition exhibit will be kept by the attorney who brought it to the deposition;
    that the attorney will keep it to the time of trial and make it available to trail or a reasonable times before trial for inspection or copying;
    that the court reporter will only keep a copy of the exhibit to go with the original deposition transcript;
    that the attorneys present at this deposition have copies of the exhibits or will make their own arrangements with the court reporter or the custodian attorney for copies;
    that the court reporter does not need to provide copies of the exhibits with the deposition transcripts.
