Members of the North Dakota firm of Bucklin, Klemin and McBride, P.C., include attorneys licensed in Minnesota or Minnesota and other members of the firm, including Leonard Bucklin, may appear on a case by case admission basis in Minnesota and South Dakota.
30. Texas: Leonard Bucklin is not certified as a specialist in any particular field by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization.
31. Colorado and North Dakota: Colorado and North Dakota do not certify attorneys as specialists in any field.  In the past, Leonard Bucklin has been admitted to the bars of both states.  He maintains a current license in North Dakota and Texas only.  Members of the North Dakota firm of Bucklin, Klemin and McBride, P.C., include attorneys also licensed in Montana, Minnesota, and South Dakota.

Arizona.  Bucklin maintains an office in Arizona as his principal office for his various consultancy businesses other than the practice of law.  He is not licensed to practice law in Arizona.  He maintains an associate  membership in the Maricopa (AZ) Bar Association, but does not wish to presently practice law for private clients in the state of Arizona, preferring to act in Arizona solely as an author, lecturer, expert witness, and ethics consultant.
