States Served

Business Ethics. The division of Bucklin.Org that handles business ethics education, seminars, and corporate ethics projects is www.Corporate-Ethics.US .  Our services for corporate ethics education and ethics projects are available nationwide, and are suitable for national or multinational corporations doing business throughout the United States.

Legal Negligence Expert Witness. Although legal ethics in all the states are based on the American Bar Association's codes, Bucklin's expert witness work on legal ethics, legal malpractice and attorney fees disputes is self-limited to certain states, to use available time efficiently. Bucklin prefers to serve the needs of only the middle American states of Texas, Oklahoma, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Iowa,  Indiana, Kansas, Michigan, Minnesota, Missouri, Tennessee, Montana, Nebraska, New Mexico, North Dakota, South Dakota, Utah, Wisconsin, and Wyoming.  (Admitted to bars of MN, ND, CO, and TX.) Generally, these are states in which it is difficult for either the plaintiff or the defendant to obtain an attorney with extensive years of trial and transactional experience who is willing to serve as an expert witness. On the other hand, there are other expert witnesses available in the states on the east and west coasts of the country.
